The Benefits of Massage Therapy for Postural Stress

Today people are spending a lot of time sitting at a desk, and it wreaks havoc on our health.  It can increase your risk of disability later in life by up to 50%.  It can also increase your risk of heart failure, diabetes, cancer, stroke, heart disease, and more.  In fact, some health experts have called sitting " the new smoking" due to its negative heath ramifications.  Fortunately, there are some easy ways to counteract the effects of sitting all day, and one of them is massage therapy.
